Our products and services are not designed for and are not offered to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, our services are not intended for persons under the age of 16 without verifiable parental consent. 5. Transparency
To respect your privacy, before using your Personal Data we will inform you about the categories of Personal Data we collect and the purposes for which we use them. We will also inform you about the data management options available to you. For this purpose, we use agreements, terms of use, and consent notices embedded in FastTrek Products and services.
6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information in the following situations:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (payment processing, analytics, email delivery, data storage, and backup). These service providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety (e.g., in response to a court order, subpoena, or government request).

FastTrek will not (a) retain, use, sell, or otherwise disclose any Personal Data for any purpose other than to provide the Products and services specified in the User Agreement; (b) retain, use, sell, or disclose such Personal Data outside of the direct relationship between you and FastTrek; or (c) use Personal Data other than as described within this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement.
Other US States
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy legislation may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data processing activities. To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@fasttrek.space.
8. Your Rights Under UK GDPR / EU GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under applicable data protection law:
- Right of Access. You may request confirmation of whether your Personal Data is being processed and, if so, request access to it. This includes information about the purposes of processing, the categories of data concerned, and the recipients to whom data have been or will be disclosed. We may charge a reasonable fee for additional copies.
- Right to Rectification. You may request correction of inaccurate Personal Data or completion of incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten). Under certain circumstances, you may require us to delete your Personal Data.

- Right to Data Portability. Under certain circumstances, you may receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and transmit it to another controller.
- Right to Object. Under certain circumstances, you may object to the processing of your Personal Data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Right to Withdraw Consent. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
These rights can be exercised by emailing privacy@fasttrek.space.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). For more information, visit https://ico.org.uk/.
9. Do Not Track
Currently, our systems do not recognise browser "Do Not Track" signals. You may, however, disable certain tracking by disabling cookies in your browser. Please note that doing so may affect the functionality of our services.
10. Ad-Network Opt-Outs
If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you may opt out of certain third-party cookies via www.youronlinechoices.eu or www.aboutads.info.
If you are in the United States, you may visit the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Consumer Choice Page or the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) Consumer Opt-Out Page for information on opting out of interest-based advertising.
Opting out from one or more ad networks means that members of those particular networks will no longer deliver targeted content or ads to you. It does not mean you will no longer receive any advertising. You may continue to receive non-targeted advertisements. Also, if your browser is configured to reject cookies, or if you subsequently clear your cookies, use a different device, or change browsers, your opt-out preference may need to be re-established.
11. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Specifically:
- We encrypt your data in transfer and at rest where technically feasible. External web resources are protected by SSL/TLS encryption.
- We review the processes of Personal Data usage before implementing them, to minimise data usage and ensure you are informed about the processing.
- When the reason for data storage expires, we remove your Personal Data from our servers or anonymise it for further usage.
- We use partners to host our services and websites, and we ascertain their compliance with legal regulations and security standards.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Location of Your Data and International Transfers
We use third-party infrastructure providers to host and deliver our services. In particular, application data is stored using Cloudflare's global network (including Cloudflare D1), and payment and billing data is processed by Stripe. These providers operate data centres in multiple countries, including the United States and countries within the European Economic Area.
As a result, your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own — including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where such transfers take place, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection law, including (where applicable) Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement, or the service provider's certification under a recognised framework. We select infrastructure providers that maintain robust security and privacy programmes and that contractually commit to protecting your data.
13. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. If at any time you choose to cease using FastTrek Products, you may ask for your Personal Data to be removed from our servers by sending a request to privacy@fasttrek.space.
After Personal Data removal, we may keep pseudonymised records solely as evidence of the data removal. We may retain your information if it is required to comply with legal obligations and/or for defence in case of violation of our Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy. We may also have copies of your information in application logs, weblogs, and/or backups made for security and support purposes. We may store Personal Data pertaining to a subscriber for as long as they are entitled to a Subscription or usage of FastTrek Products.
When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymise it. Please note that you must retain a copy of all data that you have placed on our servers; if you cease using our software and/or services, we will not be responsible for the retention of any of your data.
14. Third-Party Links
FastTrek Websites and Products may contain links to other websites provided by third parties not under FastTrek's control. When following a link and providing information to a third-party website, please be aware that FastTrek is not responsible for the data provided to that third party. This Privacy Policy only applies to FastTrek services, so when you visit other websites, even via links posted on FastTrek Websites, you should read their own privacy policies.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes that affect our practices with regard to Personal Data we have previously collected from you, we will endeavour to provide you with advance notice by highlighting the change on our Website or by email.
