For users in the EU the price is shown inclusive of VAT (FastTrek absorbs all VAT costs for EU players). Our EU VAT registration number is EU372082321.
In all cases, the final payable price will be shown clearly before you make any commitments and you can always cancel before the end of the trial.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll only be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
What happens after I pay / start the trial?
You will receive an email containing a unique activation code. This acts as a password for the first time you open FastTrek on your computer. If you don't receive this email within a few minutes of confirming your order, please check spam/junk mail or contact us for any queries.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! 6 months for the price of 5, or a whole year for the price of only 8 months! You can switch using the billing portal at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Absolutely. All plans come with a fully functional 7-day free trial. If you cancel at any point during the trial, you won't be charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, all via Link/Stripe.
What if I am not satisfied?
You can cancel your plan at any time via the billing dashboard, and you won't be charged again unless you choose to subscribe again in the future. However, I would love to hear from you about what's going wrong and be given the chance to help first. Remember, I am only ever one email away (and I'm not Scopely).
