All plans come with a 7 day free trial, during which we’ll do everything we can to help you set things up and make sure it runs as you hope – or gather your feedback and make improvements.
In addition, get 1 month free on the semi-annual plan, or a whole 4 months free on the annual plan!

VAT/Sales Taxes may be added in some jurisdictions, including notably in the EU. The final payable price will be shown clearly before you make any commitments and you can always cancel before the end of the trial.

Can I get a discount?

You’re welcome to choose a longer-term plan – 1 month free when you pay every 6 months, or 4 months free when you pay annually.

What happens after I pay / start the trial?

You will receive an email containing a unique activation code. This acts as a password for the first time you open FastTrek on your computer.
If you don’t receive this email within a few minutes of confirming your order, please check spam/junk mail or contact us for any queries.

How does the trial work?

All plans come with a 7 day free trial, so that you can see what FastTrek may be able to do for you.
This also gives us time to help you with technical setup, if for any reason you encounter difficulties.
You will receive an email to remind you that your trial will end. Once the trial period is over you will be charged the amount corresponding to your plan. If you don’t wish to be charged, simply cancel at any time before the trial ends.

Can I change my FastTrek plan?

You can upgrade, downgrade, change billing frequency, or cancel at any time via the billing dashboard (see “Manage your subscription” above).
If you change your plan, payments will be fully pro-rated for any unused part of the current subscription period.
If you cancel, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

What if I’m not happy with FastTrek?

You can cancel your plan at any time via the billing dashboard (see link above), and we won’t charge you again, unless you choose subscribe again in the future.
